Synopsis
Young fishermen, some wearing diving goggles, set up poles in the sea and drape chicken wire round them to act as fish fences. Ceremonial scenes with the exchange of food, speeches and goods at the election of a middle aged Samoan to a family title. The ceremonial drinking of Kava from half a coconut shell.
