Synopsis
ACTUALITY. Queen Victoria reviews the Life Guards at Spital Barracks.
Queen Victoria, seated in her carriage with her back to the camera, and surrounded by invited guests, acknowledges the salutes of the officers as the First and Second Life Guards (in khaki) march before (118ft).
Note: This review took place before the departure of the Life Guards for the Boer War. DISPERSING THE TROOPS AT WINDSOR AFTER PARADE (qv) was taken on the same occasion.
