Synopsis

Japanese prisoners are seen receiving medical treatment at 13 Indian Casualty Clearing Station at Pegu, Burma.

Rows of sick or wounded Japanese prisoners of war (POWs) on stretchers in a tent at 13 Indian Casualty Clearing Station. Two British nurses of the Queen Alexandra's Imperial Military Nursing Service (QAIMNS). A Japanese patient is helped out of a tent by a British and a Japanese nurse with a British medical officer following behind. A British and Japanese nurse bandage a Japanese patient's chest. A Japanese nurse examines a patient's foot, which appears to be in a poor condition.
