Record footage showing examples of Japanese propaganda circulated in Batavia (Jakarta) during their occupation of the Netherlands East Indies (Indonesia).

Dopesheet for this film is undated, but likely date is mid-late September 1945. During the war the Japanese had proclaimed a Greater East Asian Co-Prosperity Sphere and anti-colonial rhetoric and propaganda had been a key part in legitimising their occupation of Asia.
