Synopsis

Sir Reginald Dorman-Smith, the recently returned Governor of Burma, receives a civic welcome in Rangoon.

Series of severely underlit interior wide shots showing civic leaders entering an auditorium in City Hall, Rangoon, of Dorman-Smith and Burmese civic leaders speaking. The procession leaves the hall.

Very dark throughout and unusable.
