Synopsis

(22B/second series) June/July 1947: Dr Magnes (President of Hebrew University of Jerusalem) addresses members of UNSCOP (United Nations Special Committee on Palestine), speaking in English at the end of a luncheon; Sandstrom chairman of UNSCOP replies.

(25A/second series) probably early 1947: children from Cyprus brought back to Palestine. Famagusta harbour; children in line, collecting documents from British troops; passing out of camp gate as papers are checked by soldiers; children kiss relatives through barbed wire fence, wave goodbye from trucks; refugees wave from camp. Children disembark from trucks and board flat bottomed barge out to transport ship. Children arrive in Palestine camp.

(25D/second series) probably 1946/7: wedding in Cyprus camp.
