Synopsis

Unedited news film of the Queens Lancashire Regiment on security duties in Aden in September 1967 during the anti-British Insurgency shows soldiers off-duty in camp, searching Arab taxies and their passengers for arms at Checkpoint Bravo, cookhouse at Fort Downward, foot patrol in Kutchar hut area, Land Rover entering Caltex Oil installation area on patrol, Radfan Camp, Ferret armoured car and Saracen armoured vehicle leaving Mansura Prison for patrol down Grenade Alley, and soldiers swimming at the Mermaid Club at Steamer Point.
