Synopsis

Amateur film without titles shot by Lieutenant Robert Scott-Moncrieff, Royal Artillery, of Indian Army turbaned troops (6th Jacobs Mountain Battery Royal Artillery?) on exercise in arid mountains of North West Frontier (Razmak?), entering and emerging from tent wearing gas masks and camel transport.

Notes

Summary: Lieutenant-Colonel Robert Scott-Moncrieff (1909-1997) served in India from 1929-1936, during which time he visited China, Japan, Korea, Manchuria, Malaya and Ceylon, reporting on his visits to the British Army. Served as instructor to Anti-Aircraft Defence of Great Britain in 1937, then member of British Military Mission to Egyptian Army 1938-1940, and taken prisoner in Greece in 1941.
