Views of the Government Bee School at Raison, and removing frame from hive. Monkey plays with dog. Sign to Rohtang Pass, which group of British officers ascend towards frontier with Tibet, where Tibetan shepherds exchange wool for Indian salt tea and sugar. Pan over mountain scenery. Sign "The Superintendent of Police - Mandi State"; pan round Mandi town.
