Synopsis

Aerial shots, mills and river, serial shots, airfield, pagoda, platations. Landing airfield, Austor taxiing, wreckage of plant. Cu Burma rifles shoulder flashes troops through jungle. Kachin Levies cleaning weapons. Hacking jungle, cutting bamboo, men go into hut, sticks over fire. Patrol going out, setting up sharp sticks, defence, setting up mabush, Jap patrol. Alonge path, faked ambush. Troops on patrol, meeting local people. Aerial shots of river. Civilians mix through to those in uniform. Firing 2 inch mortar, wrecked factory. Troops on parade, trails of ambush, warrior "in costume" cu warrior with Turban. Cu Gurkhas. Pan white soldiers in line laughing. Cu Scottish soldier, and cu others howing cap badges and unit. Flashes. Ruins of factory. Group of natives in colourful costumes. Young person showing off costume.
