Synopsis

Funeral of Sawbwa (ruler) of Hsipaw state, in the Northern Shan States of Burma, with parade by Gurkha Battalion (8th ?) who fire volley over coffin. Also scenes of gambling, presumably during the annual March festival of the Bawgyo Pagoda.
