Synopsis
Offcuts? from the amateur films of Colonel Hodgkinson in Burma.
Aerial view of settlements near a lake, Burma? A long rowing boat, with about twenty rowers and a gong at one end, on a river. Brief shot of an oil well. Burmese people on the riverbank with large square baskets. Three men take a ship's rope ashore. A barge loaded with sacks. Sacks being sewn closed. Brief shot of people on the riverbank. An Anglo-Burmese family? outside their house. Views of the surrounding countryside. A British man and his Burmese wife? look out over the landscape. A car approaches along the mountain road, a truck passes it on the way down.
