Synopsis
Lord Mountbatten shaking hands with Indian officials at airport? Lady Mountbatten, one of her daughters (Patricia?) and Nehru walk past. A man holds two ceremonial swords? mounted on a wooden base (a further close-up shows Mountbatten coat of arms? on his outfit). A large crowd of people outside Government House, New Delhi. Nehru (and Gandhi ?) standing on red carpet on the steps of Government House. Lady Mountbatten shaking Indian officers' hands (at airport?) Mountbatten, Nehru and cabinet members about to have a group portrait taken. Three Indian servants? (two also wearing the MB badge as before) pose for the camera with decorative gold plate, bowl and 'urn'. A Union Jack and Indian flag part to reveal the gold items on display (the action is repeated from a different angle).
