Synopsis
Messages home from British Naval and Army personnel stationed in India to their loved ones in the Leicester area. Filmed in a makeshift canteen, the group take it in turn to present a personal message to their family and friends in England. Some remark on the novelty of being able to send a message home in this manner, while others simply send messages of love and concern to their loved ones. Film ends with the men performing an unaccompanied rendition of 'We'll Meet Again' to the camera.
