Synopsis
This film includes a short section of Singapore followed by a helicopter flight in Kota Belud. Then a sequence of a Bajau mounted escort for the visit of John Profumo, then Secretary of State for War, and General Hull to British North Borneo. The rest of the film is a mixture of personal holiday film in mountains and the donor at work visiting the site of a land slip, and a Dusun mountain village.
Production / Donor Details: Sir Jack Boles worked in administration in North Borneo and then Hong Kong, from 1948 until 1964. This is part of a collection of four 8mm. silent films taken by him during 1960 and 1961.
