General river traffic of all types. Large ocean liner (perhaps fire damaged) docking. River scenes showing warehouses and wharf with ancient crane.
Social excursion on small boat or yacht and then a more extended trip.
Production / Donor Details: The collection belonged to Herbert Bartholomew Gifford, a railway engineer (?) in India in the 1930s at Bikaner. He joined the forces (Royal Indian Engineers?) during WW2.
