ACTUALITY. Boer War. A long line of carts and wagons drawn by mules and oxen crosses the Vaal river - one of the wagons has a large balloon attached to it (96ft).
Note: Filmed by Joe Rosenthal c24 May 1900. According to the Warwick catalogue the crossing is Viljoen's Drift.
