Holiday scenes and local events in the following order: short of the countryside and some local children, temples, river, a plane dropping supplies for the town, possible government buildings, gardens in the mountains with sightseers, mountains, river, rapids, golf course. An army is gathered and there are few government and military officials. In the b/w portion of the film there is more sightseeing, buildings by the sea and shots of the coastline. Again in colour, there is more of the military meeting, including a parade.
