Synopsis
Documentary about the Triad gangs of Hong Kong who control nightclubs, shops, restaurants and gambling houses. They are involved in prostitution, loan sharking, extortion and drugs smuggling. But the prospect of Hong Kong being handed over to China in 1997 is forcing them out of the country.
