Synopsis

Documentary about the ordinary working people of Hong Kong, many of whom live in cramped accommodation and share nothing of the city's wealth. A look at their views on the return of Hong Kong to China, and the likelihood of a convergance of interests between the regime in mainland China and the local business establishment of Hong Kong to block any move towrds social reform or democracy.
