I. Reel One. Chinese victory parade. Portrait of Chiang Kai-shek is paraded through the streets, preceded by Allied flags. A Chinese dragon forms part of the procession. Most of the placards are in Chinese, but one in English marks a contingent from 'St Louis School, West Point'. One of the floats is a hemispheric map of the world surrounded by Allied flags - the French flag in a rather subordinate position.

II. Remainder of Reel One and all of Reel Two features the victory march past by British forces. The guard of honour is headed by the Royal Navy, followed by Royal Marines, pipe band of the Commandos, Indian troops, Royal Air Force, and Indian Army Service Corps. Rear-Admiral Harcourt takes the salute from a flag-draped base in Wardley Street. The men are played past by RM band. In the distance is visible the memorial ceremony at the cenotaph.
