Meeting with Captain B Bryant (CO, Glasgow) and other senior officers. Queen inspects Guard of Honour, and talks to Senior Chiefs and Petty Officers. (Part 9) HMS Eagle, 5th May. Royal Barge approaches; Royal Standard flies onboard Eagle. Queen arrives on Flight Deck and inspects Royal Guard; ship's company marches past. Queen proceeds up Flight Deck for introduction to selected ratings. Ship's company cheers Queen as she leaves ship. (Part 10) HMS Eagle, 5th May. Royal Barge approaches; Queen in Flight Deck and inspecting Guard. Heads of Departments are introduced to Queen; she ascends dais for marchpast of ship's company which then takes place. Queen proceeds forward to meet selected ratings. Duke of Edinburgh meets officers and ratings who have served in his ships. Eagle's company cheers HM Queen as she leaves.
