Synopsis

The GOC Major General Scobie visits the Command Fair to see a boxing match in aid of the Malta Convoy Fund. He leaves the fair accompanied by Brigadier de la Bere and Major Crossless.

Football match between Sliema Wanderers FC and the Merchant Navy. The captains toss a coin. Shots of the match at the Empire Stadium, Gzira. The Sliema Wanderers win 11-1. In the interval before the next game, pipers of the Royal Irish Fusiliers parade on the ground. The crowd applauds. The second football match is between the army and the RAF, the army win 11-5.

A party from the convoy tours Mdina. They listen to the tour guide, the padre, outside St Paul's church. The party listen to the Drum and Pipe Band of the Royal Irish Fusiliers in the square at Naxxav. They visit Mosta church. They also watch a small arms demonstration by the Weapon Training School on the shore at Ghajn Tuffieha Bay.
