Synopsis
US President Theodore Roosevelt, General Eisenhower and staff visit Malta.
From the seat of a jeep President Roosevelt addresses Lord Gort and Maltese personalities and presents a scroll to the people of Malta. Lord Gort gives a speech of thanks. A Guard of Honour of Navy, Army, Marine and Airforce is formed. The jeep drives around the Guard of Honour.
