Synopsis
A modern prison in Malaya is not only a place of punishment but of rehabilitation. Through the eyes of a man on a long-term sentence, the film shows how once the discipline of prison life has been accepted, a man can earn privileges and responsibilities to help him take his proper place again in the community.
