British "Territorials" in winter clothes march along a road in Mesopotamia, followed by a unit of cyclists. Indian soldiers marching. A 1-pounder Vickers anti-aircraft gun on a rail flatcar at Kahm Baghdadie in action. An 18-pounder in action in the desert near Ramadi. Two British observation posts, one of sandbags, the other improvised by tilting a field gun's limber. The "famous Bengal Lancers escorting prisoners", (poor film quality, no prisoners visible with the horsemen). Turkish prisoners on the march, escorted by British and Indian troops. Turkish soldiers surrendering to a Rolls-Royce armoured car. More Turkish prisoners drinking from a river and being shown by British officers how to cook chapatis for themselves. A series of shots edited together to produce a long column of Turkish prisoners. Indian Red Cross orderlies helping wounded Turks. Indian soldiers shown "clearing one of the tributaries of the Tigris of overgrown bushes and weeds". (Compare with IWM 30 in which the same scene is described as Wadi Auja in Palestine.) Horsemen, probably men of 7th (Queen's Own) Hussars, watering their horses. Turkish prisoners being escorted through 'Exchange Square' in Baghdad, along with a captured battery of German 77mm field guns. A pay parade for an Indian battalion. Indian troops unloading stores from a light railway wagon which is drawn by mules. Turkish prisoners being led over a pontoon bridge into Baghdad, ending at a prisoner of war camp.

Remarks: entertaining, after a fashion, but with no plot or message. Simply one scene after another, with little regard even for accurate description of what is being shown.
