In honour of the Sultan of Selangor's 48th birthday, a parade is mounted on the Klang padang in Selangor, Malaya.

The Sultan arrives and is greeted by an unnamed officer. Shaded by a bearer with parasol he inspects a guard of honour of the recently re-raised Malay Regiment and is followed by a large and colourfully dressed retinue. Party arrive at the padang at Klang.
