Synopsis
A civil dignitary inspects West African soldiers.
An unidentified civil dignitary, looking down at troops on parade, takes the salute of a unit of African (probably West African) troops. The troops pass; they are shirtless and march with rifles sloped and bayonets fixed. The dignitary removes his hat. Troops marching past. A rather disorientating camera angle; looking up at African troops marching past. A senior officer meeting subordinates (junior officers with RWAFF epaulettes?) The dignitary and entourage stepping from an RAF Douglas Dakota transport, serial KJ83x. Tilt down Union flag to officers and dignitary taking salute. African troops slopng arms.
