Synopsis

At Kanbalu, on the railway line to Mandalay, Gurkha troops pass on the march.

Notes

Kanbalu is a town north of Zigon and Shwebo on the Mandalay-Mogaung railway line. These Gurkhas are of 19th Indian Division, but it is not possible to say which brigade or battalion. This advance forms part of XXXIII Indian Corps' move across the Shwebo plain.
