Synopsis

Visits Scarborough's tunny fish museum and meets Mark Goff a fisherman who used to be involved in the local tunny fish trade. Also looks at the typical east end food of Eels as sold in Fred Cook's eel shop in Dalston, London and also visits Anguilla in the Caribbean where eels also play an important part in the national cuisine.
