Notes
Summary (item III): about 600 of the Chartered Secretaries' Drilling Corps attended a service at St Botolph's Church, Bishopsgate, with their commandant Sir Ernest Clarke. After the service the men marched to the Mansion House, accompanied by the drums and bugles of the 66th North London Scouts, where they were inspected by the Lord Mayor.
Remarks (item III): the cataloguer could not take this sequence seriously: it reminded him of a sketch from Michael Bentine's 'Square World'
