I. General Robertson opens Hannover's Landtag, which is addressed by the new Minister-President Dr. Kopf.
II. "Bilder aus aller Welt." a. Transjordan: film of King Abdullah, with Glubb Pasha, and of an Arab Legion camel patrol. b. USA: new articulated bus produced by Henry Kaiser (who was responsible for Liberty Ships). c. Painting the Eiffel Tower.
III. Sport. a. A celebrity football match. b. A trotting race in Munich.
IV. Nuremberg Trials: final statements from accused. Film of all the defendants (except Rosenberg and Frick) making last statements with excerpts of original soundtrack for the following: Goering ("I condemn mass murders"), Hess (interrupted by tribunal), Keitel (guilt of "not preventing what should be prevented"), Frank (on Hitler's death and world's future), Streicher (on his innocence of mass murder), Funk ("I have always tried to help people in need"), Schacht ("To be sure I erred politically - I never claimed to be a politician"), Jodl ("confronted with an insoluble task"), von Papen (on his actions in 1932) and Fritzsche (on the "indignation" of those who expected good of Hitler).
