III. 'Obersalzberg today': film of the ruins of the Nazi chalet community in Berchtesgaden, compared to the "eternal beauty" of the scenery.
IV. Berlin: film of a school for the children of the small Chinese community.
V. "Aktuelles in Kuerze." a. General and Mrs. Eisenhower visit Brazil. b. After-effects of severe earthquake in Dominica (West Indies). c. Churchill lays wreath on Patton's grave. d. Antwerp celebrates Rubens centenary.
VI. "Byrnes' important speech in Stuttgart." Summary, with occasional excerpts of original soundtrack, of the US Secretary of State's speech of September 6, stating as US policy the desire to see Germany economically unified, self-governing and earning a place in the world, and the readiness to help Germany attain these goals.
