Synopsis
ACTUALITY. Lord Roberts arrives at Cape Town to head the British army during the Boer War.
A small contingent of soldiers march along the quayside (44). Lord Roberts disembarks from his ship and inspects the guard of honour (82). He gets into his carriage and drives away (109ft).
