Synopsis

Amateur film of a trip to Cuba, Bermuda and the Azores.

On the ship, a quoits contest, a face wash race and a straw race. Entering Havana. Morro Castle(?), a ferry boat, a banana plantation. Algibe Farm(?), with pineapples, climbing palms. In Habana(?) the National Hotel, aeroplanes and barracks. At Morro Castle(?), a cannon, flag and sentry. Overhead tram, cigar and lottery ticket sellers. Pan of Nassau. Around Nassau, shots from a glass-bottomed boat, the market, the harbour, Bay Street, the hat market, lunch at the British Colonial Hotel, a swimming pool, Montague Hotel, Ralph Collins' House, the New Colonial and Victorial Hotels. Entering St George's Harbour in Bermuda. Passing Shelley Bay. Shots at an aquarium. passing Coral Island Club. Scenes at Hamilton, including a policeman, a train and a lifeboat. In the Azores, St Michael's (Sáo Miguel?), Ponta Delgada, the bay at Ribeira Grande, Furnas(?) hot springs. Street scenes in Ponta Delgada. including the police. Returning home - the Lizard in Cornwall, Scilly Isles lighthouse, entering Liverpool and arrival home.
