INTEREST. Section from expedition film, showing the village of Ibandha, and Bakonjo tribal dancing.

LS of the people dancing in the village of Ibandha - shuffling in a large semi-circle; mountains in the background (88). The musical accompaniment to the dancing, a group of men and boys with wind instruments and drums (101). Dancing (108). MS of drummers (114). MS of line of women dancing (125). Two natives cross a river by means of a fallen tree trunk (258). The expedition crosses a fast-flowing, shallow river. A European is carried on the shoulders of a porter, followed by other porters carrying supplies (294). Nitrate damage - difficult to discern action.
