Production / Donor Details: Mr. Golding was a District Commissioner in the colonial service and worked in Somaliland from 1941-46 and Tanganyika from 1946-64. He was the the author of a number of books including Colonialism, the Golden Years detailing his service in Somalia; Tanzania; and the Turks & Caicos Islands 1965-1967.
