RAF Consolidated Liberator heavy bombers fly through monsoon weather conditions to strike at strategic targets in Bangkok, capital of Japanese-occupied Siam (Thailand).

Dopesheet preamble boasts that the airmen of South East Asia Command 'keep up to double and treble pressure through monsoon conditions to smash Japanese strategic centres' and gives the targets as a power plant and supply dumps in and around Bangkok.

A short section of this film appears to be reused from ABY 39, which shows an attack on a port in Burma at Moulmein (Mawlamyaing). The tent seen in the opening also seen in ABY 118.
